These bags are so cool! Maggie Bags are made out of seat belt webbing that was rejected by car companies since they (thankfully) have very high standards. By using the rejected seat belt webbing for their gorgeous handbags and accessories, Maggie Bags are keeping millions of yards of material out of landfills while making really durable, stylish bags! I’m really impressed by this company, their mission and I love the look of these bags! You can read more about Maggie Bags here. I was thrilled that they allowed me to review a Campus Tote from their Premier Line.
So here are my thoughts on the bag: I chose the hot pink because it’s completely out of my comfort range. I wear so many dark, neutral colors so I really like to have my purse pop and be the bright accessory so I don’t look like a total drag. I love this color, it’s super fun and happy! I love that the straps are the perfect length and fit perfectly around my shoulder. The Campus Tote is big enough to fit everything I could possibly need in it, but not too big where I’m tossing things into it that I really don’t need to be lugging around. The inside of the bag is silky and has little pockets where I can stash personal items, chapstick and my phone. I love that the bottom of the bag has little metal feet, so when you inevitably toss your bag around, the bottom is not going to wear out on you. This bag is so well made and durable that I honestly doubt it will ever wear out on me. It’s amazing, I am really, really impressed with this bag and I would highly recommend this bag to anyone.
Don’t worry though, the Campus Tote comes in plenty of colors, not just the bright pink color that I chose! Here are a few of the other color choices.
I love the other bags too, they are fabulous! The Wine Tote looks like it would be the perfect grocery bag, the Butterfly Bag is so chic and sexy, I would trust that the Leconte Messenger Bag would safely hold my laptop and books for classes. A lot of these bags could be unisex too and I like that, because there are days where I don’t want to look, feel or be super girly so the flexibility of these bags gives them even more of a boost in my eyes!

I think they are awesome!!! Making something useful out of something that would have otherwise been thrown away.
I love that it can take whatever “punishment” my everyday life presents. I really liked the hot pink with the purple on the inside. Those are both my favorite colors, so I wouldn’t have to choose! Its also very unique! I would love to be the first person in my area to have one and totally show it off!

I love it all! I especially like the recycling and the strength of the totes – and the size, and the colors!
I’m very impressed with the colors and size
I like the fact that they are a recycled product, the little “feet” on the bottom which helps it stay cleaner longer & they appear to be strong enough to carry everything you need.
